COACHING WORKSHOP
Coaching is a one-on-one alliance in which a trained coach assists people to identify and reach their personal and professional objectives. A coach combines many roles, such as personal consultant, supporter, motivator, trainer and so on. Conflict coaching is a specialized niche in the burgeoning field of coaching, the main goal of which is to help people gain and sustain competency in their conflict management skills.

Conflict coaching is a unique dispute resolution mechanism with wide application, not only in the organizational context but also, for coaching individuals to participate in mediation, negotiation and relational conflict. Among other things, this workshop on conflict coaching teaches participants to coach individuals:
