BASIC CONFLICT
COACHING WORKSHOP
Coaching is a one-on-one
alliance in which a trained coach assists people
to identify and reach their personal and professional
objectives. A coach combines many roles, such
as personal consultant, supporter, motivator,
trainer and so on. Conflict coaching is a specialized
niche in the burgeoning field of coaching, the
main goal of which is to help people gain and
sustain competency in their conflict management
skills.
Conflict coaching is a unique
dispute resolution mechanism with wide application,
not only in the organizational context but also,
for coaching individuals to participate in mediation,
negotiation and relational conflict. Among other
things, this workshop on conflict coaching teaches
