Individual and Group Coaching
::
Opportunity is rarely
the first word to come to mind when we hear the
word conflict. In fact, many people prefer to
avoid conflict rather than confront the issues
and those involved. Unfortunately, unresolved
differences result in a great deal of stress,
a negative work environment, a lack of productivity
and low morale. Organizations also risk costs
relating to other important matters such as their
reputation and image, loss of skilled employees
and expensive healthcare benefits.
If you want to gain new tools
to improve your effectiveness as a leader, this
program provides the opportunity to ::

CINERGY Coaching,
a division of
Noble Solutions Inc., offers a range
of methods for helping executives, managers,
team leaders and others in supervisory roles,
to improve conflict management skills.
The focus of one-to-one coaching
sessions is on each person's specific challenges
in handling conflict. Clients engage in an analysis
of how conflict affects them and work with the
coach to consider and apply different approaches.
One-to-one coaching helps clients to improve
their skills in managing conflict, in constructive
and effective ways.
For those who prefer group
coaching, teleclasses are held every two weeks.
Conflict coaching group sessions are one hour
in length. In group sessions, participants share
experiences, role play, analyze their own concerns
and help other's analyze their issues. The group
also discusses and applies alternate ways to
approach conflictual situations. Sessions are
limited to 10 people. (Participants are required
to sign up for a minimum of six consecutive
sessions.)
