Workshop Content
The main objectives for this two-day Leader as a Conflict Management Coach training workshop are to:
- provide a context for leaders to consider the nature of interpersonal workplace conflicts in your organization and the impact on leaders and the workforce
- provide a working definition of conflict and the principles of conflict management coaching
- teach leaders the theory and application of a model for coaching your staff about interpersonal workplace conflict and conflict behaviours
- help leaders gain increased knowledge and skills to be effective at providing conflict management coaching
- help leaders strengthen your own conflict competence
Methods Used in the Training Workshop
Through self-reflection, skill-building exercises, discussion, simulations, demonstrations and skills practices, participants develop and practice conflict coaching techniques and skills.

The training will be of specific interest to people in leadership positions, who want to learn the fundamentals of a model for conflict coaching others to engage more effectively in their conflicts and to increase your own conflict competence.
